Everything on all Veritas Menus is available ‘To Go’ when that menu is being served in the Restaurant. As a special offering, our team is happy to plate your ‘To Go’ foods in Glass Bowls because Chef Mathis believes that eating out of real dishes vs. cardboard or styrofoam allows for a much more enjoyable and delicious experience. Simply ask for ‘Glass Bowls’ when you place your order by phone or email. You will be charged a $3 deposit for each bowl and when you return them, you will be given a $5 gift certificate for each. You may use the Gift Certificates for anything at Veritas. No rush on the return of the bowls and there is no expiration on the Certificates.
